Who is Michael
Michael Bodin is the Owner, Managing Partner, and CEO of Michael-Reid Construction.
During college Michael interned with Ewing & Ray Foundation Services in Jackson, MS specializing in foundation design and repair, and joined them full time as a Project Manager upon graduating college. After a year with the company his Army unit deployed to Afghanistan where he was in charge of 35 Soldiers and tasked with completing construction missions throughout the country. His largest project was also the highest priority construction project in the country at that time and consisted of resurfacing 1.6 miles of roadway in the Salang Tunnel, located in the remote mountains of northern Afghanistan. After returning from his deployment, Michael moved to Texas eventually settling in Dallas and starting his own construction company specializing in roofing and finish work.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
He lives in Dallas and enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending sporting events.

Who is Reid
Reid Riddell is the Owner, Managing Partner, and CFO of Michael-Reid Construction.
Reid started his career in residential construction in his hometown of Madison, MS. His experience includes new construction and renovation projects, and is well rounded throughout all trades to include working under a master electrician for 2+ years. Reid spent 10 years in banking and insurance before relocating to Dallas and starting his own construction company specializing in roofing and finish work. His leadership directly lead to the company doubling revenue in each of its first three years. His knowledge of the insurance industry and focus on project management/cost analysis helped lead the company to securing its first commercial roofing project.
He lives in Allen, TX with his wife Lindsay. Reid is an avid sports fan, enjoys being outdoors, and playing golf.
